DDE was not born in a boardroom. It was built around a table by four professionals who had each spent decades inside the global energy industry — and who all arrived at the same conclusion independently: Venezuela's oil fields are not depleted. They are simply waiting for the right team.
Mission
DDE LLC is a team of drilling, completion, and field operations specialists with decades of hands-on experience executing complex energy and infrastructure projects in challenging environments.

Our expertise goes beyond drilling. We provide the engineering knowledge, operational leadership, project management, and field execution required to move projects from concept to production safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Having worked these fields and facilities firsthand, we understand the geology, the infrastructure, and the operational challenges that others overlook. We combine that experience with international best practices, rigorous safety standards, and a commitment to transparency and accountability.

DDE established in Houston, Texas. Operations launched.

First Field Execution
DDE manages 3 simultaneous drilling rigs in the Salar de Arizaro region — full well construction lifecycle from rig selection to release.
2023
Well Intervention, Brazil
DDE executes workover program in the Natal region delivering 100% mechanical integrity restoration, immediate production uplift, and zero lost time incidents.
2024
Leadership Team Completed
DDE expands its founding team with the addition of three co-founders, strengthening capabilities across global project management, institutional strategy, and business development.
2025
Venezuela Pipeline Established
DDE secures key in-country relationships, identifies target fields, and defines the legal and operational structure for its Venezuelan asset rehabilitation program.
