Mission
DDE deploys investor capital into proven Venezuelan oil fields operating at a fraction of their historical capacity — not because the resource is exhausted, but because decades of underinvestment and deferred maintenance have left them dormant.

DDE established in Houston, Texas. Operations launched.
2021
First Field Execution
DDE Provided drilling and directional drilling technical leadership across the Tawke, Peshkabir, Taq Taq, and Sarta fields. (Middle east) - Iraq Kurdistan.Â
2022
Well Intervention, Argentina
DDE manages 3 simultaneous drilling rigs in the Salar de Arizaro region — full well construction lifecycle from rig selection to release.
2024
Leadership Team Completed
DDE expands its founding team with the addition of three co-founders, strengthening capabilities across global project management, institutional strategy, and business development.
2025
United States Operations
Led drilling, directional, workover, and well intervention operations for major oil and gas operators across Texas, overseeing complex well construction campaigns from planning through execution
2026
Venezuela Pipeline Established
DDE secures key in-country relationships, identifies target fields, and defines the legal and operational structure for its Venezuelan asset rehabilitation program.
