As Strategy and Business Design Manager at Deloitte S-LATAM, she leads digital transformation, mergers, and operating model redesign projects across the region for clients ranging from VISA and Amazon Web Services to regional banks and pharmaceutical companies. Prior to Deloitte, she founded Big Bang Gerencial, a strategy consulting firm active across Venezuela and Chile for over 12 years, and earlier held brand management roles at Kraft Foods across Latin America and at Johnson & Johnson in Venezuela.

She holds a Master's in Marketing Management (Honors) from Universidad SimĂłn BolĂvar, and a degree in Production Engineering (Cum Laude) from the same institution — with early-career field training at PDVSA in exploration and production.

With over 20 years of experience as a Senior Directional Drilling Engineer, Jesús has executed complex wellbore projects across five continents for the world's most recognized operators — including Chevron, ConocoPhillips, ExxonMobil, BP, Total, Petrobras, and Saudi Aramco, among others. His career spans ultra-deepwater offshore Brazil and Russia, unconventional shale plays across the Permian Basin, and multilateral programs in Venezuela's Orinoco Belt.

He began his career with Schlumberger in Venezuela and went on to hold senior roles with Weatherford and other leading service firms, playing a key role in the global commercialization of RSS technology across the US, Middle East, and Latin America. In 2021, he set a field ROP benchmark in Kurdistan that saved operators over $1.1 million in rig time.
JesĂşs holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from SimĂłn BolĂvar University, Venezuela, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Data Science & Business Analytics from the McCombs School of Business, UT Austin.

Fernando is a global business leader with 20+ years of experience driving revenue growth, operational excellence, and market expansion across the US, Latin America, and Europe. He brings to DDE a rare combination of executive leadership and deep cross-border business development expertise — the bridge between field-level energy opportunities in Latin America and the institutional capital needed to develop them.

His background spans from financial analysis at Deloitte to corporate leadership building and scaling commerical operations across the United States, Ecuador, Chile, and Mexico. Throughout his career he has developed a strong command of cross-border logistics, regulatory compliance, multi-channel sales, and strategic market entry in complex environments.

He holds an MBA with concentrations in Supply Chain Management and Finance from ESADE Business School in Barcelona, Spain, and a B.S. in Business from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business. He is bilingual in English and Spanish.

José is a senior tax and legal executive with 25+ years of experience leading tax functions for global Fortune 150 companies across the energy, aerospace, and technology sectors. He brings to DDE a rare combination of international tax expertise, cross-border structuring experience, and deep familiarity with the energy industry — built across some of the world's most recognized organizations.

As Head of Tax and Tax Director at PACCAR, he oversees enterprise-level tax strategy for one of North America's largest industrial companies. Prior to PACCAR, he served as Senior Tax Director at Honeywell Aerospace Technologies, and spent over 12 years as Senior Tax Planning Lead at Shell in Houston — giving him direct exposure to the financial and structural complexities of large-scale energy operations. Earlier in his career he held regional and international tax roles at Schlumberger and Paradigm, and began his professional journey at Deloitte.

He holds an Executive MBA from W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Houston Law Center, and is a licensed CPA and attorney. He is also certified in International Taxation by the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT) and has taught tax law at the university level in Ecuador.
